Application Process
COMPLETING THE APPLICATION PROCESS

To avoid unnecessary delays in processing, please ensure you have enclosed the following:
  • A current copy of your resume, which includes your education and professional work experience
  • An official transcript of courses completed for your most recent/highest degree.
  • Completed PACCC Application Form
  • Completed Insurance Application or Proof of Malpractice Liability
  • Child Abuse Registry Review (not applicable for New Brunswick/BC applicants)
  • Criminal Record Check
  • All applicable fees (application, membership and insurance if required)
  • Please make two separate payments to “PACCC". One payment for the application fee of $30.00 and the other for the appropriate membership/insurance fees to be deposited when membership is approved.

Once all the required components are received, the application will be thoroughly reviewed. Upon acceptance, the insurance application for those subscribing to the PACCC Group Liability Insurance Program will be forwarded to the underwriter for processing. Once this process is completed, the applicant will be notified and provided with the certificates of membership and insurance (as applicable). The applicant will at this time be granted all the rights and privileges consistent with their membership classification.

Please note that the application process takes approximately six weeks.
